The horse watched the dragon take off with the boy before following a bit behind, glad the dragon couldn't see her. the small boy shivered in fear, wondering where the dragon was taking him. It terrified him. Where was it taking him? to it's den so it could eat him? he wasn't sure.

the dragon had flown far and far away from any signs of organized life and all the boy could see before him was the great expanse of nature, it was beautiful, beauty the boy had never seen. The dragon landed with the boy on a cliff over looking the sea, she set him down carefully, and begun to speak softly. "Child, you have been blinded for so long, your mind is light whilst you live in darkness, its time to find that light."

"s-so you ARENT going to eat m-me?" he stammered, letting out a soft sigh of relief. even though he was far from home, at least he wasnt dead. yet. if the dragon made him complete life threatening task, however... well, that was still to be seen. the dragon, meanwhile, would head in the direction of a cave carved into the cliff walls. "well, boy? are you coming in or are you going to stay outside and let the wyverns come and eat you? theyre lesser creatures, they wont think twice before gobbling you down."

The boy, hearing this, quickly ran into the cave. It wasn't the best plan, but it at least was a safe one, right? The dragon hadn't really answered the question, but it didn't say 'no' either. Better than being attacked by a wyvern, that was for sure.
