I'm no computer geek by any means but I don't think the age of the computer has anything to do with it...my laptop is so old it has Windows XP on it and won't update any more but I can still access MS obviously. It's not the fastest puter in the world but then again I am old and have patience when need be.

If the web browser is no longer updated, it can happen.

To put it simply, the encryptions used for secure web browsing keep being updated due to security flaws. Sites then no longer offer the older encryptions because it would put their users at risk. As older encryptions are no longer available, any web browser not updated to support them can't connect.

It's not an generally issue on things like Windows or Mac, as Firefox/Chrome etc are constantly being updated.

If it's a less common system, such as a really old Chromebook, or a console like the DS, it's possible it's only got a built in web browser, and the new encryption methods just aren't available. It's also an issue for some older versions of Internet Explorer.

Try downloading the latest version of Firefox/Chrome.

Also, Windows XP machines are no longer supported and haven't been for years, which means no security patches - any bug discovered will be left unfixed, and there are currently unpatched security exploits.

For those who might think it, yes, I've cleared my browser history and cache, and even restarted the browser and computer both. Still happens rather frequently regardless of what I do.

Update to this... Now I can't grab any eggs from the stream due to being logged out the very second I click on one of them.

If you click on an egg in the stream and it tells you to log in, when you log in, don't click away from the page and it should load to the egg grab page.

Did that several times and all that happened was loading to the forum.

I had 5 eggs. I couldn't put in hatchery (down), so no clicks... Now, I can see 3. When I try to catch more it says I have 5...

Not sure where the other one might be but you have a live water hydra egg in your For Sale tab....makes 4 live eggs with the 3 I saw in your Main tab.

For some odd reason, my account considers a frozen egg an alive egg e doesn't allows me to take more than 4 eggs atm, giving me the message that I can't take more than 5 eggs.
