I seem to be unable to update my email address. I’ve tried on two separate occasions but it always comes back indicating my address don’t match even when i directly copy and paste them. I no longer have access to the one I used to make the account back in 09

Update: I was able to update this morning, and then I was locked out for approximately 15-30 minutes waiting for the activation email. It was just long enough to have a panic attack I had really messed up my spring event!

As a side note, the error message reads "contact a board administrator if you experience problems." However, it doesn't give any email address or alternate means, and I was unable to view "The Team," "Memberlist," or anyone's profiles to get in touch!

Have been getting this error message off and on all day....just got it again...just letting you know.

That happens to me a lot, usually I wait a few minutes and then it works again. It is annoying though :/

Unsure if this is the right place but my egg has apparently frozen without me actively freezing it.


I bought it yesterday after raising the gold for it, trying to get a male and a female, and was concerned that it wasn't increasing in % before realising it's Frozen. I've not frozen any eggs in a little while. I haven't heard of any freezing bugs but I'm hoping that's the case and someone will be kind enough to unfreeze it.

I had reported this some time ago and I saw a couple of reports when searching the thread. The bookmark button for a forum thread takes you to a confirmation page. If you do not close or navigate away from that confirmation page it will start to toggle the bookmark status from that thread every couple of seconds, going from "Bookmarked topic successfully." to "Removed bookmarked topic successfully" over and over and over. It seems to be on a 4 to 5 seconds refresh loop. This messages are effectively adding the thread to bookmarks and then removing it and then adding it back up again. It feels like the page is trying to redirect you back to the thread but failing and redirecting you to the bookmark confirmation page instead, which is toggling the bookmark status of the thread in an infinite loop.

I have brought the new Spell of Trading.

When I open trade some of the tabs that I have hidden actually shows under the main tab (viz picture):



When I click on some other tab and back to the main tab it disappears but if I add money to trade and click save it's back.

And creatures from my hidden tabs were suddenly in the trade.
I was able to cancel it, but I think there was also something wrong with it. Fortunately, it looks like my creatures are all still there. But I was pretty scared.

*edit* ok... this 3 creatures are gone and I don't know where are they now:

I'll look into this as well later today. The spell was tested with several tab combinations and big and small keeps, but there may be some specific combinations of factors that make it act up.

Did you use the "Toggle tab selection" on the trade, after which the creatures from the hidden tab appeared? Or where the creatures from your hidden tab in the trade already when you opened the trade?

Yes, I realized too late that I accidentally clicked on it. And now many of my creatures are gone, including all of my donations.
