You can join these two Associations (you can join as many of these as u want, we might have more added in the future but who knows).

These are the three quests that let you join a Guild - you can only choose ONE of these quests to join that specific guild. You can do a different quest to remove yourself from a guild, but that will cost you 100,000 gold (which is expensive). So choose your guild wisely.

Also, please note that the Dark Shop and the Black Market are two different things.

The Dark Shop is a guild-run shop that you can access by joining the Dark Brotherhood guild, info in Danafox's post.
