Hi! I’ve finally gotten enough cobra eggs for the black market quest (and I’d like to complete the quest asap to free up my egg slots) but I can’t find the quest in the keep! I really hope I’m just looking in the wrong place or something else with an easy fix… can anyone help me out with this issue?

yes, you can only start the black market quest when the black market is open. after you start it, you can finish it at any time. raza cobra eggs are found here https://magistream.com/world/5 so it might make it easier to get the four eggs.
