Two questions. One, is this how you post a new thread? Did they change it in some way? It seems different than what I remember... and two, my question is this: how long do you have to wait until you can attempt to breed your pets again?...

In the forum that you want to make topic in, there is "New Topic" button at the top. On left side.

You can breed pets every 3 days.

In your user control panel, under Board Preferences/global settings is an option to "Allow users to send you private messages:". Atlantica has chosen the no option.
