I saw Whispers part
Got the gold and eggs together but when I go to stream or koi pond the rest of the quest isn't showing up.

Did I miss a step in between?

Am pretty sure the quest to get access to the Black Market shop only shows up when the shop itself is open. And it is random as to when it shows up. You can keep an eye out on this thread...

When the shop is open the title will show that....might make it bit easier for you to know when it's open.
