I have a couple trades with NPC Anna, which I'd like to cancel. I click 'Cancel' and then 'Yes' on the confirmation page, then the page loads forever before giving me this error message:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction [1205]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.
Please notify the board administrator or webmaster: MagiStream <[email protected]>

I didn't have this issue earlier today. Just started now.

Edit: Now when I went back to that page, I get the error message: "You can't cancel that trade."

The trade is now canceled but the hatchlings I had in that trade are GONE. Not in my keep at all. Just.... gone. Can this please be fixed, so I can get my hatchlings back? I'm afraid to cancel any other trades in case this happens again. :c

It says it's owned by Nobody, but it should be back in my keep, which it's not. :c

Still need help with this issue... I'd really like to get my lost hatchlings back. :c

Don't know if this will help or not...did you delete the tab that you put the critters into the trade from? Reason I ask is the critter says Nobody owns it which means it's in a trade. To take them back out of a trade best I remember you have to have the (named) tab you added them out of?

Just a thought....

That's the thing, I didn't remove them from the trade. I went to the trade and canceled it, with the hatchlings still in it. Usually that means the critters are removed from the trade (since it's canceled) and added to the Main tab of my keep. They weren't added back into my keep, cause if they were, when you or any other user clicked the critter link I shared, it would say 'Nothing here,' as I'd have them in a hidden tab.

It's essentially like the critters are stuck in limbo or something. They're still in the trade but the trade is canceled. I did sent Rosehill a PM but I know she's backed up on checking them. I just hope she's able to fix the issue and I can get my critters back that I lost. :c

I'll get back to you within a couple of days when I have proper access to things and can do something about this.

Just a friendly bump, so this issue isn't forgotten about.

Just wondering if there is any update on this issue? Sorry for posting again, but sending a PM won't make a difference, since I still have an unread one in my Outbox. ^^; And there's no option to bump this topic any other way. It's been closing in on a month since this issue happened and it hasn't be resolved yet and I haven't heard any updates on it, so I was just wondering what the status was. Especially since I don't know any other way to contact Rosehill except PM. :c
