unfeeze a egg?

Guys i have a little problem.. i have buy for 14.000 coins the egg of release 1 april but i have discovered this egg is frozen...
I want know if exist a method for unfreeze egg, please.
I not hve any creatures of first april, i have buy fr this motive.
Please Advice!

Unfortunately, there's no way to unfreeze an egg, the freezing is permanent. If you already bought the egg, you might try asking the seller for a refund and trade them the egg back.

The only way an egg can be traded is if it is frozen. Live eggs can not be traded.

But this not fair for me. If a person not have a possibility play if the day of release how should it do?

This is not a new change. It has been this way since the
FAQ was posted in Dec. 2010 which was before you started in 2013. If you look in the section under trading:
Can every creature be traded?
Unfrozen eggs cannot be traded to prevent people from exceeding the egg limit. Allies cannot be traded either, since those are considered friends, not pets
If you want a creature that has a specific birth date, say April 1, 2021, and were not online that day you can put a thread up in the merchant district say that and how much you are willing to pay for them. You can't get an egg to raise, but you can possibly get a hatchling or an adult .
