Hello. My Sister is trying to join but is not receiving the e-mail for activation. I have had her do the re-send she still has not got it. Who can I speak to for help?

My friend is still having this same issue. :c

I just had this problem as well, I got locked out of my account and none of the reactivation emails were coming. My sister ended up messaging Rosehill after a week and she activated my account manually. She said the activation emails are having trouble being sent and they're working on it, but who knows when they'll manage to fix it. In the meanwhile you could also try messaging Madd and Morgaln in case they come on before Rosehill does. I hope this gets resolved soon, it's so frustrating.

My friend is a new user who didn't receive the e-mail to activate her account. Rosehill said Morgaln was able to do it manually, so try sending him a PM about it.

I have manually activated all accounts registered over the last two weeks, so please tell anyone having trouble to try and log in.
