Where Are the Administrators?

So it's been a week, and we have not heard anything at all about my sister's account. Is there a reliable support email address we can write to? My messages to the administrators Madd and Morgaln are still in my outbox, although it appears Morgaln was online the day after I sent him a message regarding this problem. Is there anyone else who is in charge of this website and can take care of this problem, or contact an administrator about it? It seems rather irresponsible that a website which takes donations from players doesn't even have a reliable support system if anything goes wrong.

Hello!

My sister, Miriel, changed her account email yesterday and was supposed to receive a confirmation email, but it never came and she can't log in. How long does it usually take for an email from MS to arrive? It's not in spam and there are no filters that could block it. Who can we contact to get her account activated again?

My friend, username Zerali, is having this same issue. She joined Feb 1st and hasn't received the confirmation e-mail yet, so she can't activate her account/play.

I've PM'd someone from staff, but the PM has been in my outbox since then, so I deleted it, thinking maybe I PM'd the wrong person. No idea who to contact about this. My thread about this hadn't had any answer since I posted it, so I locked it. My friend is about to give up trying anyway, but she told me if I ever get a response to this, to let her know about it.

Could anyone give us any info on this, if it's an issue/when it will be fixed?

This has happened to me on a couple of other forums. I clicked "resend confirmation e-mail", and that worked, so maybe it would work here too.

We've resent the confirmation email at least 5 times now with no luck :( I PMd an administrator but idk when they'll answer or be online again.

My friend, username Zerali, is still having this issue also. I had a PM in my outbox for a while, sent to Rosehill, which went unanswered, so I deleted it after my friend told me not to bother and that she'd keep trying to have the registration e-mail sent each day and hoped it works. So far, no such luck. :c

I'm really so sorry to hear your having all these issues lately, and I understand how it ruins your friends mood of wanting to play the game. But I ask that you please be patient with the staff and I'm sure they will help each of you.

If you sent a PM to Rosehill and deleted it, please write her again and please be patient for an answer.

It's not a matter of being impatient; my friend asked me to not bother until we see if we get a response on this forum board about it. :/ She's given up trying with the e-mails for now but told me to keep her posted for any updates and she'd try again once we hear something. :t-shrug:

I messaged Rosehill and she was able to manually reactivate Miriel's account just now. She says the emails are currently having trouble being sent out but they're working on it. Hopefully your friend can start playing soon. :wave:
