Hello.
I was wondering if someone could explain how the lineage feature works.
Some things I am curious about:
-Once you give a creature a family name, do it's past offspring get the name as well?
-Can you have the same last name as someone else? (since you may not know someone else has used it)
-How does it work for the settings for tradability, breeding, etc
-If you decide you don't like that last name anymore can you change it? If so does it automatically change it for the offspring too?
Any other info would be greatly appreciated as well

No, creatures that were bred before the family was created will not be counted as part of the lineage.

-Can you have the same last name as someone else? (since you may not know someone else has used it)
No, the system only allows a single use of a name. You can alter the spelling in a way that makes it different, but it cannot be exactly the same as a lineage name that has already been used.

-How does it work for the settings for tradability, breeding, etc
That really depends on who wants them. Most of the time lineaged creatures are not valued highly.

No, once a family is created the name cannot be changed, nor can it be deleted.
