The Master of Automaton achievement is dated today in my achievement list. I haven't bought anything from that Shop in awhile. Granted, I don't check that one every time I buy from that shop but I know I didn't buy a creature today or even this week. Can someone tell me why I would have earned it today?

Did you trade with anyone.. recieve a gift.. get something in a giveaway like the CTC? You don't have to buy the creatures, just own them.. doesn't matter where they came from.

I believe I need to Purchase 100 creatures for this achievement. Not only own that many.

The achievement page checks if you qualify for an achievement when you visit the page, and if you do it will grant you the achievement with the ongoing date.

So most likely you've purchased the required amount from the shop at some point in the past, making you eligible for the achievement, and unlocked it now when you went to the achievements page.

I didn't realize it worked in that way. Thank you for your help.
