I too like almost all types of music. My go to is classic country or 80’s rock and I really enjoy “world” music I think they call it. Music from other countries. I may not understand the words but the sound just makes me feel good.

I'm currently in an Amanrathe and Skillet mood so these two bands are my 'go too' jam out bands whenever things just need to get metally lolz.

Been going to my high school roots with Fall Out Boy recently, but I'm really into 100 Gecs, Dorian Electra, and Ashnikko as well!!

Not to necro but I was seriously just posting about an AWESOME lesser known local musical from my hometown, ngl guys brilliant but down on his luck from the hurricanes over the many, many years they've been hitting us. Anywa his name is Rusty Cage and he's on spotify!!! I also love mcr and show tunes/musicals like Hamilton and Repo! and stuff like that hehe they're the BEST Also my (ex)best friend introduced me to kpop, jpop, epop, electrotrip edm, mitski, and my fav Maria Mena tbhhhhh Anyway they're GENUINELY good bands you should give a listen to especially if you like old school 2009-2010 rock/edm etc stuff, its really fun, funky, easy to dance to jams !!! And I'm gonna listen to a majority of the songs in this thread as well!! Id ne thrilled to know if anybody liked my fav sometime too hebhee

I like indie quite a lot, mostly rock and pop, though I do quite like the occasional classic rock or metal song. As my username implies, of Montreal is my favourite band, and most of my spotify listening history is of them. Behind that, my other favourite bands are STRFKR, Two Door Cinema Club, Temples, and Mister Heavenly. When it comes to mainstream bands, I occasionally listen to Tame Impala and Imagine Dragons, but not very often.
