Definitely dogs. I'm just better at understanding their cues and body language than with cats. I've met far too many unpredictable cats, and cats that have gone all crazy attack mode over the oddest things. I've met awesome cats that can be picked up and cuddled and loved too, but not enough for me to love them all.

On the other hand, I've never met a large dog that genuinely scared me. While I've also met small dogs that were little terrors, the good outweighs the bad imo. So many dog breeds are huge and are suitable for outdoor activities and guarding, and that's what I would want in a furry companion.

Of course, when I have my dream property one day, I'll have cats and dogs! :D

I'm more of a cat person, I had 10 at 1 time. But I do like dogs as well

I love both, my family has always had cats, but I always wanted a dog when I was younger. Now I think I consider myself more of a cat person because they are a lot easier to care for like people have said.

I love both. Cats and dogs. I like cats cause they have all their own character and I love dogs cause they are dear fellows.

I just have to choose cats. I love both SO MUCH, I mean doggos are adorable come on, but I just, just cannot NOT choose cats. There's just something special about them that dogs don't seem to have.

I like them both, but cats are the pick for me. I'm a cat daddy to five cats and I've grown up with cats my entire life. Never knew what it was like without one and I wouldn't want to know. They're my precious fur ninjas and late night opera singers. Wouldn't trade them for anything else.

I think those are all right but I prefer cats myself. They're more independent and they take care of themselves. And they got one thing that has dogs beat and that's their purr.

I like both! But I lean more towards dogs
