*cough* i made a linege but its got the wrong pro-gen. Its supposed to be Cleopatra and Azure but it says its Cleopatra and a unamed high gen. Do you think this could be fixed?

We are only keepers of the list, we can't make changes to actual families. Only an admin can do that, but I don't think they'll make any changes to a family for wrong progs. Unless it's the result of a site failure or something of the like.

Again, we only have control over the Google Doc list of the families that have been created. We can't make changes to actual families. That is something only an admin can do.

I noticed something in the FAQ that needs to be changed-

Q. Can an egg or hatchling with a lineage name be used for the quests as long as it doesn't have a regular name?
A. Yes, and once it is used, the creature disappears from the lineage page.

Lineaged offspring cannot be used for quests.

Don't know if if this is one of the 'accepted' things to put on here but i was going through the list and looking at my Lineages and this one family/8991 got deleted in the Big crash a while back. so just thought i would let yall know.

BTW thank yall very much for tracking all the familys.

Because the number of families have become cumbersome, and my helpers and I have not had enough time to keep up with all the families created each day, I have decided to make it possible for you to add your own families to the list. In other words, you can now and go into the Master list and edit it, not just view it.

Certain rules apply to this privilege.
1) Only edit in your own families/do not edit out any information from the list
2) Do not change the formatting of the list
3) Do not add any more columns to the list
4) Do not remove links from the list

I will be adding these rules to the first post of this thread. Violation of these rules will result in the removal of the ability for anyone to edit the list. More rules may be added so check frequently.

Just a heads up to those who still might be using this. I am currently actively working on the Families Master List and hope to have it caught up to almost caught up by the end of the weekend. I have also made a major change to the list. As the species column was beginning to get out of hand I have removed it from the list. The list now has the headers of "Family #," "Family Name," "Link," "Creator," and "Progenitor Species" only.

Also I am looking for some more helpers to keep the list from falling as far behind as it has again. If you wish to be a Families Master List Helper please PM me with the e-mail address that you use for your google account. If you do not have a google account you will have to sign up for one to be able to edit the list. You must be an active player on Magistream, and follow the rules of editing the list that appear in the OP of this thread.
