Supplies tab isn't protected as I don't care if they grow up, but thanks for the head's up. I have the rewins protected to help me keep track of them when sorting them for breeding. I only grow them up once I'm ready to breed them.

All the crystalwings are in 'Event - Magiversary' and 'Extra Magiversary part 2', and my Rewins are in 'Quests' and "Sell Shop'

I only have a handful of each but my rewins are in my questborn tab and the CW's are in my magiversary tab

I have the crystalwings in CWs and rewins in QB and keep clearing sale. As I get the new ones, I'll move them to crystals.
