MagiStream

A bit earlier today, Magistream crashed, resulting in the image of some magistream creatures holding up a sign saying "You Broke It". This occurred to several of my friends at the same time, as well. After the crash, I saw a trade had been completed, but when I checked my Keep, the creature (a Male Wind Hydra hatchling) was not there. I went back to the trade log to check, and sure enough, the creature was still owned by "Nobody." My question is pretty much just whether or not it is possible to retrieve the creature from the trade now, or if it is lost forever?
If there are any points that need clarifying, please let me know, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you for your time reading this! I also apologize if this is in the wrong section, but I wasn't sure where else to put it.
