Item's name: Orphan's Rags

Item description: A scrap of fabric that looks like it came from very old clothes.

Effects of item: Renders a first generation creature parentless. Creatures with grandparents, etc., or are already parentless, would not benefit. Can only be used once. Users can only obtain a set limit [determined by staff] of item.


[I doubt this would ever be chosen, because of game mechanics and whatnot, but I thought I'd give it a shot for a first try; to think up something for the contest.]

this is a great idea, but it would make some creatures become more expensive than they already are.

so I would say it would need more restrictions. and make it difficult to obtain

Yeah that's kind of why I doubt this would ever be chosen.

Parentless hyrids are something much desired, but they can't be made too easy to get, or it will reduce their value on the market.

If it was a very limited item, or hard to get, it could work, but I still doubt it would be chosen, even with lots of restrictions.
