Well, advertising for monetary profit isn't allowed, and when I publish the book, it will likely be for monetary profit. So, in a roundabout way, at least if I mentioned the title, I could be considered as building up hype so you would buy the book. (. . . In retrospect, that could apply to the summary thing too. So confused. )

I don't think that it's considered advertising if you're only telling some friends about it but then again, I'm not a legal expert. I think advertising though, would be strictly trying to get people to buy it
