So sorry everyone!!!!! I have been monstrously sick, and unable to do much of anything. However, Munin, being the angel she is, has finished the posting for me, which will make it much easier to judge. I do have a bit of bad news for some people, however.
It clearly states in the rules that every entry MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND - even if that background is just a simple image, color gradient, etc. So, if you submitted an entry without a background, we cannot consider it.
Good luck to everyone, and after Munin returns, we should have this judged ASAP.

I'm so happy to hear you're alright. I've been worried that something disastrous had overcome you and that you'd never be back.
But I do have a question or two.
Are you saying even those images that have been given a transparent background have been disqualified?I thought it said in the first post that they were accepted.
Maybe I just misunderstood, but it said:
ALL ENTRIES MUST EITHER HAVE SOME KIND OF BACKGROUND, WHETHER IT IS A FULL BACKGROUND DEPICTING SOME KIND OF SCENE, OR A SIMPLE DECORATIVE IMAGE. IF THERE IS ANY WHITE SPACE, IT MUST BE MADE TRANSPARENT.

If it is true that you're not accepting backgroundless images I'm curious as to why it wasn't mentioned to me when I entered my first piece. I could of simply added one if told to, but it was accepted without any mention of me needing to edit in a background. Forgive me if I sound rude, but that last entry I made took me weeks to finish. It saddens me that it won't even be considered because I was silly and misread something and could of easily just slapped on some colour gradients behind it to may it considerable...
Oh well, if you won't accept my two entries I hope you don't mind if I try to auction them off instead.

Windkeeper - I believe the rules are quite clear regarding backgrounds. However, I do believe you should have been alerted to the fact that you needed a background. Therefore, if an entry does not have a background, but the entrant WAS NOT told they needed a background, the entry WILL BE CONSIDERED.
I hope this is clear and fair...thanks for bringing this to my attention!

Wait....I won? Is this a joke?! I-I.....thank you so very much Cass! I never ever dreamed in my whole life that I would win a HUGE contest such as this. I must thank you so very much! I also loved all the other entries. They were so colorful and creative! I thought I had been lost in the dust to all you wonderfully talented artists out there!
I cannot believe I just won a Void Dragon! I knew that I would never get one in my life, however to get on right now...I think I am going to EXPLODE!!!!

Nah, your entry has a number of great qualities.
But I agree with Cassie, this contest looks very, very hard to get judged (when I had a closer look at many of the entries, I didn't really expect to get placed xD).
