haha, same, I only really discovered this sort of games a week or so ago (I was on Town of Salem's forums and someone linked their dragons from Dragon Cave in their signature) but I really don't regret getting into it. It's an entertaining time cruncher at the veery least. But this one is so much more involved, so a guide is reallly helpful.
