I was kind of excited because I actually had more pairs than I normally do for things, but 6 tries and nothing :haha:

I have tons of Ammits but barely any Mist Stalkers and Telvians and so I'm visiting Belmos to buy some. I tried breeding the few I had and didn't get lucky for any release date ones, but that's fine. I'll keep trying and I'll get me some soon!

My entire point was that since MS Ammits are part crocodile and part lion/leopard, if you took the crocodile head and replaced it with a cat head (as someone had said should be done) it wouldn't resemble any kind of Ammit, in any known mythos, it would just look like a a Telvian Panther or Mist Stalker.
Which would defeat the point of it being a HYBRID. It has to keep *some* traits to resemble what it's supposed to be.

Also I don't know why we're bringing Thunderbirds into this. Since the only creatures mentioned were Ammits and Chimeras as they were used as an example(also I kinda of assumed MS Thunderbirds were based on the cryptids of the same name, not the Native American being-also I feel like if it really /was/ a case of cultural appropriation/worth complaining about more people would have complained and raised a stink about them in almost three years they've been on the site)
Here's a handy guide for knowing the different Tunderbirds:
Ready?

1. The Cryptid is a large bird that appears to be equal parts Raven and Eagle and believed to a surviving Argentavis Magnificens.
2. The Native American God is the one that blinks lightning and creates thunderstorms.

As for ways of having Ammits without a crocodile head, please see the other replies since your last post. Some of them are actually really cool sounding and I would love to see them at some point. Honestly. Those are wonderfully creative and mildly terrifying.

My Mist Stalkers seem more willing to breed ammit babies too. The Telvians are being picky. :sulk:

Man mine were the opposite. My Misties just, did not want to put out. My Panthers on the other hand, while picky, at least gave me eggs.

I thus far only have one Telvian Ammit and three Mist. My critters are being exceedingly picky.

I appreciate Master Belmos is selling the parent species, but I wish you could buy them in batches smaller than 10. :(
