On a side note: I think a rain frog as puffball mushroom is perfect too.

Maybe one based on a Pesquet's parrot (also known as a Dracula parrot).

I would love to see the toad stools, I'd literally hoard the orange one knowing they're based on something so tiny

the toad stools are AMAZING I am definitely biased as a proud herbalist's guild member but I adore creatures with plant (and fungi!) features

That's not an ouroborus, lol. An Ouroborus is a giant sea serpent that bites it's own tail, sometimes looping multiple times around something in the process.

I don't think we have anything that qualifies as an actual ouroborus.. lots of large sea serpents like the leviathans and pearl wyrms, but not a specific ouroborus.
