I have something scheduled to draw today and I should be able to draw your peeps tomorrow and Thursday. (If nothing weird decides to come up)

I am new to this site and before I start showing my art and price it is better if I understand the terms here...
Can you pretty please explain what you mean by DP in this sentence?
"I am offering shards--Which I will use to buy the DP of your choice--, gold, and creatures"
What is the conversion of real money to the currency/items used on this website?
