The Amon Ra Family

Mcath who looked after this scarabs family at the Keep named them for the Sun God Amon Ra, because of their magical ability to keep their eggs warm by their ability to infuse them with warmth.
As adults, they had master the ability to store heat for cold nights. They do this by gaining energy from the sun or fires during the day. A useful talent as they now lived with Mcath in the Keep which is in the North allowing them to survive during the winter months.
