Felshara had such high hopes when she plucked the gryphon egg out of the Stream, but Griff took an immediate and lasting dislike to her when he hatched, and still delights in snapping at her or playing tricks on her. All of the other members of his flock have followed his example, and so Felshara finally gave Griff (and his mate Talon) the family name "Dragonbane," since they'd certainly made themselves the bane of her existence and had proven themselves fearless (or foolhardy) enough to take on dragons without flinching.
Open to anything that can be bred in.
