It had been ages since Ill had been seen anywhere near The Keep after setting off with only a handful of creatures to keep her company. No sign had been seen of her since, and because of her absence, the creatures she chose to keep under her watch had began to wander from the homes she gave them, and inadvetently cause problems to other Magi, even if they didn't know the origin. Two of her Feather Drake's saw this uprising of problems coming, and wished to stop it before it could get out of hand.
With a short visit among other Drakes, they decided to create a special group of such known by a single word who could help with anything a Magi they found needed, whether they wanted the help or even the Feather Drake itself or not. With a word they found in a book left lying around The Keep, they and every Feather Drake afterwards would be known by it and by it alone, even if they had no personal name - Hilsfreich.
