StarlightandLace Entry 2: Maneki Neko Egg

Soft fur covers half of this egg. The other half resembles a little, round, golden bell. It seems to be very faintly purring....or, is that the soft tinkle of money?
This didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped, but here it is. I'd love to see Magistream's take on the Maneki Neko (Lucky Cat). They come in a variety of types and colors, and are considered to be signs of good fortune.
Materials used: Gold and black acrylic paint, a ping pong ball, fake fur, and a hot glue gun.
