StarlightandLace Entry 1 : Crystaflyne Egg

Well, after much trial and error, and some gracious help from ShaiNeko, I've FINALLY got this thing uploaded!
Crystaflyne Egg
If there was ever the chance for me to indulge my inner wish to create a Crystal-Butterfly-Kitty, now’s the time, Even if it never progresses past an egg, I’m happy to see it.
Supplies used were UV resin, pigments, craft wire, fake pearls, rhinestones, German glass glitter, clay, and Christmas lights. I hope you don’t mind if the ‘egg’ itself is round, since most butterfly eggs are usually that shape.
The last two pics are with the Christmas lights on, one taken with flash, and one without. Thanks again for the help, ShaiNeko!

Absolutely lovely idea, and beautiful work! I would love to see what the creature itself looks like
