►HATCHLING
This clumsy hatchling is covered in soft [light/dark] fur and thick [white/black] feathers. While their claws can cause some damage to those nearby, they tend to heal the injuries they are responsible for. They are typically unafraid of people, occasionally even friendly, but their loyalty lies only with their chosen magi.
►ADULT
Once they learn to fly, adult dwarf hippogryphs are a joy to watch. Like their tylluan parents, they are graceful and silent in flight, and enjoy the occasional prank on those magi who aren't paying attention. They are the most active during dawn and twilight. While not normally driven to violence, they are protective and caring of their magi. While they don't inspire the same fear an average hippogryph might, they still demand respect.
►GENERAL
Dwarf hippogryphs are a hybrid entirely manufactured by magi. Smaller than the average hippogryph, dwarf hippogryphs are nonetheless dangerous and beautiful creatures. Widely known for their wisdom, they are completely unafraid of people, a trait that would ensure their extinction if not for the magi. While they do not possess the horn of their minicorn parents, they do have a small bump on their foreheads where such a horn would be, and can heal others by touching their forehead to a wound. They can sense the intentions of people, and enjoy staring into the souls of those who feel uncomfortable around them.
