Image-Free Magistream Nursery and MS Code Tools

Postby Rosehill » November 9th, 2010, 7:21:12 am

May 8th 2014: The .tk addresses are WORKING AGAIN!

If you are having trouble accessing the sites (quite likely if you have AT&T's internet or if the comlu.com address gives you a cpu limit message) check out if you can access the sites through the following links:
http://mshatchery.tk
http://mscodetools.tk

We are proud to present you the Image Free Magistream Nursery!

Image Free Magistream Nursery (IFN or IFMN for short) is a place where you can see a list of links to eggs and hatchlings but without the usual creature picture, i.e. it is image free. This makes the page load faster and it's easy to multilink/snaplink a bunch of links simultaneously helping critters grow and getting gold for them. It is similar to the Image-Free Gold Mine but instead of adults the links in the Nursery are for eggs and hatchlings. The idea has been earlier discussed here.

Link: Image Free Magistream Nursery
If you can't access the site through that link for any reason, try this: http://mshatchery.tk

Magistream Code Tools is a page with little things to make your magi life easier.
If you cannot enter the site using the above link try this one instead: http://mscodetools.tk

Commonly encountered problems and what to do

If you cannot access the IFN even after the tips below there's a free service in the Daycare section that will add your codes in the IFN for you: 34-daycare/156108-ifn-daycare.html

1) The site is down / I get a connection timed out message
-Check if you can enter the sites using these alternative links: http://mshatchery.tk for the IFN and http://mscodetools.tk for the code tools
-Check if it's only you or everyone: IFN Code Tools (if it's up for others, the problem most probably lies within your computer or internet connection)
-Check if you can reach the site via a proxy site: http://www.hidemyass.com/ (If you can, then the problem may be that the host has blocked your regular IP. Unfortunately we can't do anything about that.)
-Clear your browser's cache and cookies, restart your browser, and try accessing the site again
-If your Internet connection is provided by AT&T none of the above might work as there seem to be quite a lot of issues with AT&T connections or their routers timing out before the IFN is loaded. Unfortunately if this is the case there isn't anything we can do at the IFN's side to make this issue go away. D:

2) The site is down and I get a CPU limit reached message
-The limit resets around midnight EST. Nothing else can be done but to wait it out or check if you can access the sites through the .tk links: http://mshatchery.tk for the IFN and http://mscodetools.tk for the code tools

If you encounter problems with either of these sites report it in this thread or send me a PM. ^_^

A Clarification

Because of the way the nursery works, we cannot guarantee egg to hatchling.

Our volunteers go to the site as often as they can to remove adults, but they are not on 24/7. People click when it is convenient for them. This means a hatchling can get a lot of clicks even as it is being removed.

If you want egg to hatchling growth we recommend The Emerald Hatchery which has an egg to hatchling section, or the use of various sitters and the click threads and Twitter.

Thank you.

This is wonderful! *Nabs a button* This will address some of the issues I had with adult mining, and I hope my creatures will grow faster too. ^_^ Thanks for all your hard work!
Before Aran can fulfill his dream of becoming a respected mage, he must pass his final exam and bond with an ice dragon. He sets out on his journey and gets along well enough in Arkene-until he meets a highly unusual person with an equally unusual creature.

It’s not just magi that can form magical bonds.

Rosehill really worked very hard with the coding, and she deserves all our gratitude.

I'm not a big fan of clicking adult creatures, so this is perfect! A fast way to earn gold, a fast way to hatch creatures, and knowing you're helping people by doing it! :D
