Capricorn and Kirin help

Do the capricorn just randomize? And why can I not breed say my Ruby koi to an ibex?


Also the Kirin thing is a bit confusing, what makes what? (My beastiary isn't wanting to load on my phone)

Seems fairly random (in the case of the capricorns), but you need to breed a Meridian Cap (the pink one) with a Ruby Koi to make the Ruby Cap (Red ones).

I don't know if that helps. I'm only in the business of making Capricorns, lol.

Yes if you're breeding a koi and ibex the results are random. And the ruby koi only breeds with a capricorn to give you a ruby capricorn.

Diamond x Opal = Peridot, Ruby, or Aquamarine
Aquamarine x Ruby = Tanzanite
Peridot x Ruby = Citrine
Peridot x Tanzanite = Alexandrite

They are randomized if you are breeding a purple koi and ibex pair. If you are breeding any (not just a meridian btw) capricorn with a ruby koi you will either get a ruby capricorn or nothing as I had posted above. Best I remember they randomize if you breed a ruby capricorn with any other capricorn but won't swear to it.

No, if it randomized the bestiary would say(it would list the other Capris as potential outcomes). Ruby Capricorns are the only offspring outcome of a Ruby Koi x Capricorn pairing
