The 'curved fang' ITEM (which has the description they gave) is a token obtained from the Taggelisk quest and is found in your Tokens section. You don't get any 'item' that ends up in your inventory from the BM quest. And at the time of their post (and my response) they didn't have the fang on their profile (they do now tho)

Can confirm that they didn't have a fang on their profile at that time - saw it myself.
