There's a list under a spoiler in the first post of this thread that shows what has been in the BM before. No dates are listed, but there are a couple of notes about events.

However, I don't think the list was started right away, so it might not be totally accurate.

The list is accurate, I double-checked as I was putting it together I just haven't written which creatures have been repeats. However, I do recall the Somni Deshkivahris being there more than once, along with the Rubies.

I'm pretty sure the Glacier Ikantan #853 has been repeated too. I remember buying them the first time they were available, but I think I skipped them the second time. I concentrated on whatever creature was new, instead of a repeat creature.

EDIT: Just double-checked. I have GI's from Jan 31, 2018 and Aug 27 and Sep 2, 2018, so they are definitely a repeat and I have some from both releases.

I want Somni Deshkivahris to be added permanently to Remi's stores or the trading post or something. I lubs them and missed out getting any when they were first released (and if they were repeated at any point, I missed it too.) I have some but would love to hoard moar. =x

Maybe a new sub-species would work, although we kinda already have two donis for that niche so I doubt it would happen...I guess we can dream.

I don't really like that for the Somni though, the whole point of the Somni's lore is that they're illegal to import, hence being in the black market:

"as the seahorses are rare and skittish on the islands, and their removal from the Candle Archipelagos is strictly prohibited. Even the most respected magi at the Keep are not allowed to keep Somni deshkivari, and must instead travel to the islands to study these odd little creatures."

Remy isn't a criminal...At least I can't legally prove he is so to directly say otherwise right now would violate the court agreement. H E S H A L L B L E E D G O L D -ACK! the point is he wouldn't carry them and neither would any of the other shops.

That makes a lot of sense.

Plus, part of the fun of the Black Market is that some of the species that only Alethin sells, the Somni, the Ruby Wyverns, are ONLY available through him. Adding them or any Black Mark exclusive creatures to Remy's would just kill their rarity and devalue them.

I personally like that the Black Market is so exclusive and sells things that you can ONLY get from there - it adds a nice new part to the game. c:

I'm kind of wondering now if it isn't going by the phases of the moon anymore but by something else- like maybe the more special full moons ( supermoons, blood moons, blue moons, harvet moon etc)? I know there was a supermoon in may but I don't remember when the black market was open (date) if that tracks at all. Or perhaps its something else astronomical but unrelated to the moons or a random schedule now since we worked out the previous one.

Last time it opened was during the magiversary, the time before that was April fools. I hope that it hasn't just taken to opening during site celebrations...I really miss Alethin's offerings!

Of course, they could just be waiting to bring the regular market back with an official storyline of How He Escaped, and just opened it during the celebrations as one-offs to get those creatures out there at the right times. At any rate, I hope we see him back soon!
