The Charubis are awesome! Both varieties! Really gorgeous sprites! All the critters are great--nice variety for v-day!

Based on absolutely nothing at all I assumed the Noctus would be harder to get/more rare, but of the 13 Esplendit I've grabbed, 8 have been Noctus and only 5 Daius.

...I am also getting mostly male Esplendit (like ALL of them so far, lol) and female Charubi. At least the Krill are being cooperative and gendering more evenly.

After having the Krill and Esplies give me a M/F pair right out of the gate, it was perhaps too much to expect for the deer to cooperate!

ETA: I've never done much freezing of egg for tab markers, but these krill eggs are just the most lovely shape and color! Might do a mass freezing tomorrow evening or something!

What do you mean by 'freezing of egg for tab markers'? Is there some secret technique I'm missing out on?

No--I just mean freezing then naming them "streamborn" or "gifts" to divide up tabs. Some folks might freeze, name them Happy V-day and send them with a gift, etc.

Krill are known to swarm in real life, so maybe that's what they're doing here: swarming the stream.
To hatchling only, please.

I collect frozen 0% Ashevor eggs.. as an army and to use as tab dividers. You can use them to separate generations.. streamborns from bred.. males from females.. just however you feel like dividing things. Frozen eggs are just easy to use and since they can be named whatever is needed, come in very handy.
I am in the process of moving house, so I will not be around much for the foreseeable future.
