Is the quest where you get the Hellhound egg repeatable at some point such as when you hatch the first one? If not how are people breeding them? Did someone just trage theirs to someone else and breed the first bred puppy?

(I have done the quest and checked the keep again didn't see that start of it there anymore).

The hellhound quest is not repeatable. However, there are other ways you can grab GB opposite-gender-hellhound:


*buy it with gold ( don't remember how much they are going for this days, but around 100k is my best guess)

* Find a breeding partner - lend/borrow a hellhound to breed. Once the breeding is over, you /they return the borrowed critter back.

*Grab a 1st gen born hellhound from sales,and start your line that way.

Master Belmos (an NPC account run by the MS staff, from whom you can buy some creatures) has some Hellhounds (and other questborns) for sale, priced at 50k.
Hellhounds were also available in the Black Market sometime last year, too.
