Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I hope you all will be thankful for your loved ones. My husband is in the hospital tonight with bleeding on his brain. It's the first Thanksgiving we will be apart in 38 years. I am really lost right now. But I am thankful that my kids and grandkids are all ok.

I hope your kids and grandchildren (I hope they're holding up okay, too) are there for you and your husband for support. I know you may feel an awful combination of bring alone, terrified, stressed, and lost, but I have no doubt about your strength or the love of your family. I hope you're surrounded by love and support, not just for today, but always.

It was just my mother and me, but we had a nice time cooking together Food was yummy.
