Can we create a 3-D egg in one of the 3-d art programs, like color studios for VR?

Perhaps if you then print it out with a 3-D printer... The entered object must be in 3 actual dimensions.

Why did no one answer my same basic question? A 3D CGI egg in a modeling program not a drawing, I asked about that too. Pfft happy birth day to me ... Oct 31st ...not bothering with this [Censored].
I would have liked my question answered that's all... too much to ask ? Apparently.

We were discussing the use of CGI modeling as it had not previously been suggested as a way to enter and what has been decided is that for this contest, no digital entries will be accepted. CGI modeling is a very different medium compared to creating something using crafting supplies and paint as so to keep the judging balanced, only physical entries will be accepted.

sakurakid, we want you to decorate a egg for this contest, not color something in a program. The egg can be made to look like a Magistream creature's egg or if you have a Halloween inspired idea, you could also enter that.

I asked on the first page if this was ok or not.
VoidParadox wrote:Would a made - from - scratch blender 3D CGI egg count? I would be making the modle and textures in blender and Photoshop and could animate it. This is not as easy as it sounds but I have wanted to do "animal eggs" in blender so and even hoped to do adoptable's this way. Hand decorating a plastic egg would be easier for me personally just say'in. :)
All I needed to to be happy was,
" Nope, it needs to be a hold-in-hand thing, it would be unfair otherwise"
And I would have responded
"Ok cool just asking."

Would that have been so hard ? [Edit] That was rhetorical you don't need to answer.

I'm sorry but why are you so upset? The team who makes the rules and judges the competitions is comprised of working adults spread over multiple time zones which is why it took about 24 hours for full discussion and our decision. We took your question as a serious suggestion and gave it the thought we felt it needed.

I will not get into a fight with a mod, this is a "no post" site for me. I will not be banned for this, I would like to think I'm not completely stupid . Full stop, I will not post on this site again unless the ban hammer says something.

Edit --- For players who may read this---

Have a fun competition and don't worry about this mess. Best of luck to all and have fun! <3

Why was I reacting to this?
For the same reason any person reacts to any thing, it is important to "me". You the reader get upset about "little" things , because it was important to you. Besides the fact that I strongly feel my point is important, there is no reason but that is how emotions work.
