are we getting a score update today?

Hello Diary.
Some very nice person left a basket of goodies in front of my dorm room. Alas, I was out and about exploring the Taggelisk for the Golden Syndicate (and gathering the shiniest objects) so I didn't get back until rather late.
Now, I like to think I am a responsible mage - I make sure every creature in my care has enough food and water and toys while I am away. I am told I spoil some of the creatures - particularly the puvia - but I digress. The creatures entrusted to me are well cared for.
So imagine my surprise when I find this basket... full of crumbs and a couple of over-fed potootoes. How they got out of their enclosure, past the closed and locked door, and into the basket is a mystery I may never solve.

Dearest Diary,
I got the thieves back in their enclosure, but no Squee. I looked for her and finally found her behind my pillows on the window-seat. She was fast asleep...

How can one be mad at such cuteness as Squee?




I'll let her keep the cookies.
