I may have missed something, but these birds look unfamiliar to me:

What are they?

That picture is so tiny and pixely ^^'
Though off the top of my head I don't recognize them
There like.... Sea turtles

Assassin birds I think? Or not xD regardless, I do recognize them

Also, with the exception of new creatures, if you want to know what something is you can click on the creature then click on its name and it'll take you to the Bestiary entry.
