t is the New Year's Arkai and can be found in the Stream. The creature will flood the stream up to and including January 4th.
Creature Release thread often has it.
Sorry, not trying to be a smartass, but isn't this the creature release thread? I legitimately don't know!

There's a general creature release thread in Site News where Rosehill puts general information for creatures when they're released.

They're probably guarding their eggbombs since so many people want them.

Still not a fan of last year's female but this one is slowly growing on me. I kind of wish the 'box' the sprite artwork had to fit into wasn't quite so tight - I'd love to see the female with her neck fully extended ready to strike. Picky me.

Please do not ask for any of my creatures. I will most likely ignore any requests.

To me it's more with the backside of it being a little crowded, straight and square x2 But eh~ I just like the original sprites better is all (and I might like medium sized sprites the most x2 Tiny tiny hatchlings the size of the egg itself and absolutely massive adults aren't really my thing it seems~)
The wings look a little like they'd be different types of wings on the male and female ones with the female being rounder and fuller and the male being thin and long

Idk, I like the new Arkai sprite.
Course I liked the previous one too. Looks like she's swooping down on something.

Ohhhh, I'm happy to see there's a new female sprite! I like it. ^^ The previous one seemed kind of awkward to me.

In terms of human body language, both poses make the female look submissive and afraid.

Yes, I know these are just drawings of imaginary creatures but I can't help it if my gut reaction is distaste.

I do, however love the colours chosen for these arkai.
Interesting that you see the female that way. I think it looks like she's flying and diving down like a hawk. :orly:
Same, seems odd to put a female being submissive spin on it tbh.

I like the new female sprite a lot. Out of all the arkai versions, I think this one is my favorite so far. It's really dynamic and... anatomically solid? Kinda hard to describe what I mean, it just looks really solid.

Actually iirc when the last female sprite was released, there were also people saying that the pose looked submissive and that she was backing away from the male. I guess I can see that, but I disagree that the new one looks submissive... to me she's clearly mid-flight.

I also think that the new female sprite is a big improvment on the previous sprites - you can feel the movement, and it looks anatomically kinda plausible, yep. ovo)b
