Recently, we have been more lenient with larger events. People don't get in trouble if they create threads early, we just reserve the right to lock them if we need. New Year's is a small event, and usually only includes a creature release, so a separate event thread is unnecessary.

And I Think discussing the possible new Arkai colors is Magi related. However, it doesn't exactly describe how my day was as it is not all that much about Me as it is about A creature on the site, not too different from a Donation pet. It's a discussion about an upcoming rather regularly released creature that we've gotten for many years already, in schedule, every year. If I were to go 'hey guys, what's your opinion on this?' in a 'how was your day' topic, 90% I'd think people would ignore my post and go about their daily things because
- They didn't come to that topic for creature discussion/Arkai prediction
- They don't care
- They do not like me (A valid argument I do say, a bullied childhood + low self-esteem)
