Also yea, the awesome fox is a little mucked up by that, it just seems unnecessary, they could have made an illusion out of anything for the fox's visual feature but they picked wings :/

it's actually backwards of this, because originally I had intended it as a simple winged fox: it was created with wings, semitrans/no wing sprites were added after the fact. so wings weren't "picked" out of a pool of assorted other things...

I remember when you first posted the winged fox for more ideas on what to do with it so that it wasn't just another 'tacked on wings' animal. I thought it'd be cool to have a fading effect on it, since we hardly have that effect on very many creatures--if at all. I love the changing sprite feature, we should have more creatures that do that on this site.

Also it's a fox, course I would instantly picture a trolling effect for it--sneaky, tricksters they are~ >3

Oh great, I already have a pile of Tenabre Foxes that like to randomly pile into my bed and mess up my research. Now it turns out there's another illusion-y fox that might do the same, and it sounds like even more of a handful because it can make my bookshelf look like an angry gryphon or something. Thank you for the warning, I'll have to double-check my wards.

(Incidentally, if anyone has any tips on keeping them out I'd be grateful. I've tried giving them their own bed to ransack but it doesn't seem to work and chasing them away is only a temporary solution. Only one of the Tenabre Foxes is mine but he's made friends with a bunch of wild ones and I think his circle of pals gets bigger every now and then. Even though they seem to like me because of my own fox, the wild ones generally don't listen to me and most of them don't have good house manners. My bedding can't take this. One of them likes to steal my crystal samples from Nareau on a regular basis and I DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE KEEPS DOING WITH THEM. Please send help.)

Gaaaahh these are amazing. I love how it looks like a gargoyle-gryphon hybrid, and rotating sprites are my weakness. My donis wishlist is getting so long, curse you MS.

Oh boy, another illusion casting fox, I'm in for it now. Augh too bad I don't quite have the guts to get one, I'm already too easily distracted by daydreams and what not I don't need a little help ha! either way though I love the looks of these little foxes with their fake little wings and scary intelligence. If I could I would get one ^ ^

A dark, spooky little fox. They seem to be quite popular from how many eggs and hatchlings I seen in the main hatchery and on people's siggies. Cute, but if I happen to get one then I will be happy, but I am also fine without. Trying to limit my Donis goals.
