In the Creature Release thread it usually says if they'll eventually be able to breed, but it doesn't say anything about that.... So maybe there are only females?

Aha, just read the adult description, it specifically uses female pronouns.

Plot twist: this is all part of some diabolical plan between Remy and the Emo Brotherhood to unleash a swarm of firey minotaur hellspawn ants on the Keep.

Perhaps it's possible they follow the same rule as other ants: The majority of an ant colony is made up of sterile female workers, the queen (the only fertile female), and the occasional drone (a male).

Maybe they'll release a random (rare) queen or drone eggs later on that can be breed, or have a means to turn a regular worker into a queen?

(Though...if they are following the same rule as regular ants, you might end up losing your drone after he's been breed, since regular ant drones die after mating.)

The gender change potion does not seem to work on them, so I'd guess females only.
