A New Potion! Winners Announced!

I have a few ideas kicking around in my head and I can't decide on just one (I'm assuming I can only submit one potion.) So, if I PM one to be judged for the contest, can I then post the others here? I dunno what, if anything, you're going to do with the others--I just want to throw them out there.

You may post any potions or discuss ideas here in this thread if you wish. I have not limited the number of potions you may submit but I do ask that quality be considered before quantity.

Oh, I see! I've been batting around three ideas, to be exact. I'll share them here for discussion, and PM the one(s) I flesh out before the deadline.

•A Magistream version of Harry Potter's Felix Felicis to skew rng based events in your favor for an amount of time/number of actions
•Thawing potion to unfreeze hatchlings (maybe eggs? but that could be overpowered )
•Potion to add an addtional breeding to limited breeding creatures, like Tinsel Wyrms

The egg of a Viton would be an excellent (eggcellent? ) parallel to an Ashwinder for liquid luck. But I fear that's too restrictive and also possibly blasphemous? I have this idea in my head that Magi don't approve of the destruction of magical creature eggs. I can't remember where I picked it up, so maybe that's just a headcannon of mine

Do you have to use all three types of ingredients?
i.e. creature ingredients and plants and minerals, or can I just use creature ingredients and a plant product? ...One of my ingredients is a stone from a critter, so that's a mineral, right?

And as for the potion, does it have to be a consumable type?
And... Do the plants have to be specific from Magistream (Do they have plants?), like you can't use mugwort or poison Ivy because they're real world herbs...

I believe it was mentioned in the quest 'Mordecai's Concoction'. When one of the teachers found out what happened, you kind of had to redeem yourself...

You must use a creature item as well as something else, be it a mineral or a plant or something else, so at minimum two ingredients. In this situation a mineral would not be something from a creature, so the gems from a crystalwing would count for the creature item only. Your potion should be consumable in some way, though it does not matter if for example it is drunk or it is applied to the skin. The plants you may use are not limited to only the Magistream world.

Is it only consumable by Magi or can creatures ingest it as well?

So smelling the potion is acceptable (like being made into candles and such?)

Magi or creatures may use the potion, cusith.

If your potion is being used similar to a perfume or some sort of diffused oil, that would be acceptable sarahjazz but just adding it into candle wax would not.
