Omg. I figured it out. Alethin sells such rare things and makes so much money cause he runs his business out of an alley, right? It's always in movies and things that drunk people hang out in alleys. How many drunk Magi stumble out of Remy's and into the alley where Alethin is selling things? xD And people usually use alleys as bathrooms when they're drunk so...

I actually picked it up from my wife! She grew up with older parents who never referred to ‘poop’, only ‘BM’, even if they were referring to cleaning dog poop in the yard it would be ‘go pick up the BM’. The funniest part is both of them also had sailor mouths and used the word SHIT on a daily basis (as in ‘oh shit’ or ‘bullshit!’)

I don’t think I’d ever heard anyone use BM before I met her (and she only uses it now to be funny), but between the stories of her & her brother making up songs about BM and ‘blowouts’ when they were kids, and the fact that I have the sense of humor of a 10 year old, it will now always and forever stand for poop in my mind (and my phones autocorrect tried to change that to “poop in my MOUTH” WTF, iPhone? )
