Yeah, the regular ones are regular stream creatures, no reason for them to be in the shop when they can be grabbed for free.
On the other hand, the white ones are obtained only through breeding(and with great difficulty).

I wasn't planning on buying the Rotting Cukurba, since I already have 48 of them, but realized I don't have any below 1%. So I guess I will be buying more to try and get a below 1% pair
