Yep according to my calendar the next full moon is on June 28th.

I tested it out this last time, and it seems to show up exactly down to the hour of the full moon (I was too busy sleeping to see if it was down to the minute ). Unless that was just a coincidence this time around.

The moon looks full a couple of days before it reaches its 100%. It's full at the same time around the world.

Start of the full moon isn't determined by when each portion of the earth sees it, but when the moon is in the right position compared to the earth and the sun. So the time it hits that position will be different in every timezone, because it happens worldwide at once.

i have an app on my phone (Daff Moon) but when i'm on the computer, i really like timeanddate.com; and they have a timeanddate.com's Moon Phase page too - right under the current moon phase picture, there's a search box for your nearest city, and when you scroll down, it'll show you the dates and local times for the next four phases; and under that, i'll have the dates and local times of the phases for the rest of the year. (timeanddate.com is an awesome site, IMO)
