Wow, only 10 presents is the new limit? Hard to find people who aren't maxed out yet. Why the change?

It is not the new limit you an only have 10 gifts until the 21 and then it goes to 25 gifts

I saw a lot of posts with people being maxed out on the first day of gifting so I assume it's a move to address that.

Since winter holiday creatures are staggered during release they were basically cut out from the last couple days events. Click-Grinding to make sure they got to keep at least one or two holiday pets for themselves - since they had basically 0 chance of being gifted any...

This takes a lot of that pressure off.
